Refund Window

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are generally eligible if the purchase was made accidentally, Leafage cannot run on your device, or the app does not materially work as described.

What To Include

Please include the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a short note about what happened. We may ask for basic diagnostic details to understand the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Timing depends on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.

Abuse

We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
